The house is distributed over two floors, with the daytime areas on the ground floor and the nighttime areas on the first floor.
The architectural design resembles a carved white stone sculpture, resting on a wooden pedestal.
Privacy and security are the main premises of the project. The ground floor is configured as a closed prism on its entrance facade, while on its south side, where the pool is located, it is completely open. The upper floor features inclined perforations that create vertical elements, providing privacy to the bedrooms.
From the balconies of the master bedrooms, one can contemplate the Mediterranean Sea, softening the visual impact of the architectural composition.
The final ensemble is imposing and massive, giving the house a unique presence, highlighting its residential architecture.
