1.- Privacy Policy:
1.1. Purpose of the data collected and consent to processing
Users are informed that, through the various registration forms on the Website, data are collected and stored in a file owned by ATYCO, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, exclusively for the following purposes:
- a) To maintain, where applicable, the business relationship consisting of contracting the products and/or services offered through the Website, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of such services.
- b) To send newsletters, new posts on the ATYCO Blog, as well as commercial communications with promotions and/or advertising related to the Website and to the architecture, interior design and furniture sectors.
All fields in such forms marked with an asterisk are mandatory; it is impossible to fulfil the stated purpose if those data are not provided.
ATYCO undertakes to keep the information provided strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purposes indicated.
Only ATYCO, and the processors appointed by it, will have access to the user’s data and under no circumstances will these data be assigned, shared, transferred or sold to any third party.
Acceptance of the privacy policy, by ticking the corresponding acceptance box, shall be understood for all purposes as the user’s express and unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data under the terms set out in this document.
1.2. Compliance with applicable regulations
ATYCO complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulations implementing said Organic Law (RLOPD), and any other regulations in force and applicable at any time, ensuring proper use and processing of users’ personal data.
Likewise, ATYCO informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and that it will request the user’s consent to process their email address for commercial purposes at all times.
1.3. Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO rights)
Any natural person who has provided their personal data to ATYCO (interested party or data subject) may exercise their ARCO rights free of charge, that is, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding the data incorporated in its files. These rights basically consist of the possibility for the data subject to contact ATYCO at any time to find out which of their data is being processed, to correct errors or modify any inaccurate or incomplete data, to request its deletion if it is inadequate or excessive, or to request that their data not be processed.
The data subject should bear in mind that cancellation will not proceed where personal data must be retained for the periods provided for in the contractual relationships between the data subject and the entity responsible for the processing.

1.4. Security measures
ATYCO has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security of the personal data collected and to prevent their alteration, loss, and unauthorized processing and/or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
1.5. Links
As a service to visitors to the Website, it may include hyperlinks to other sites not operated or controlled by ATYCO. Therefore, ATYCO does not guarantee and is not responsible for the lawfulness, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, or timeliness of the content of such websites or their privacy practices. Users are requested, before providing their personal information to websites outside ATYCO, to take into account that their privacy practices may differ from those set out in this document.
1.6. Modification of the Privacy Policy
ATYCO reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, always in accordance with applicable regulations or motivated by a legislative or jurisprudential change or by guidance from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Any modification of the Privacy Policy will be published at least ten days prior to its effective application. Use of the Website after such changes will imply acceptance thereof.
1.7. File controller and processors
The controller of the data file is the company ATYCO ALCARAZ & PARTNERS, S.L., and its legal representative is Antonio Damián Alcaraz Molina.
1.8. Recipients of your personal data
ATYCO is at all times the controller of your personal data collected through our website https://atycos.es/.
Your data will only be transmitted to third-party companies in the following cases, on the basis of the corresponding legal provisions:
- Where communication of your data is necessary for the performance or execution of your contract (Art. 6, sec. 1 b) GDPR). This includes, for example, communication of data to payment service providers, logistics, carriers and suppliers that deliver directly to you.
- Where necessary to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6, sec. 1 c) GDPR). This may include communication of data to government bodies and law enforcement authorities to meet our legal obligations.

1.9. Transfer of data to third countries
When we transfer your personal data to third countries outside the European Union (“EU”) and the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we ensure that such external entities process your data with the same level of protection. We only transfer data to third countries where the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection or through contractual agreements or other appropriate safeguards (Art. 45 et seq. of the GDPR).
1.10. Details about the processing of your data on our website
- Data processing when visiting our website: When accessing https://atyco.es/, the following data are automatically collected and stored in “server log files”:
- IP address of your internet service provider.
- Referring website and pages visited within our website.
- Date and time of access, as well as system error data.
- Information about your browser and operating system.
- Email address used during registration.
- Identifiers stored in cookies or eTags to recognize your device.
- Location data and browsing behavior.
Temporary storage of these data is technically necessary for the functionality of the website and to ensure system security (Art. 6, sec. 1 f) GDPR). Server log files are stored for a maximum of 180 days and then deleted.

To handle your request, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, customer number, order number, and any other relevant information depending on the communication channel used. The legal basis for this is Art. 6. 1 b) GDPR (contract performance) or Art. 6.1 f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).
- Data processing for advertising purposes
3.1. Sending promotional emails: We send newsletters with news, promotions and reminders.
The legal basis is Art. 6.1 a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or in your account settings.
If you have made a purchase and have not opted out, we may send you offers related to similar products (Art. 6.1 f) GDPR, legitimate interest.
Newsletters are sent via Klaviyo (125 Summer St., Floor 7, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, US). More information is available in Klaviyo’s privacy policy.
3.2. Sending newsletters via WhatsApp: ATYCO uses WhatsApp Business to send newsletters with product updates and trends.
WhatsApp encrypts messages end-to-end and applies its own privacy policy.
The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6.1 a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp.
3.3. Surveys and service review requests: If you have given your consent by ticking the corresponding box, we may send you emails with surveys or review requests.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to atyco@atyco.es.
- Data processing for on-site communication: We use Klaviyo to show you notifications and interactive messages on our website.
Processed data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser information, installation and device IDs.
Legal basis: Art. 6.1 a) GDPR (consent). You can revoke it at any time via the Cookie Consent Manager.

- Data processing for contests: If you participate in contests, we process the data strictly necessary for their management (Art. 6.1 b) GDPR). Please refer to the specific terms of each contest.
- Data processing in legal proceedings: Where necessary, we process personal data to defend our legal rights or to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6.1 f) GDPR, legitimate interest.
- Data processing on Social Media: ATYCO is present on various social media platforms to communicate with clients and interested parties, as well as to provide information about our products and promotions. Below, we detail the processing of data on these platforms:
7.1. Facebook and Instagram: We manage “fan pages” on Facebook and Instagram under joint responsibility with Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook Inc.). Through these platforms, we interact with our followers and analyze anonymized statistical data (“Insights data”) to improve our communication and content.
